Jeff Pulver is an American Internet entrepreneur known for his work as founder and chief executive of pulver.com and co-founder of Free World Dialup, Vonage, the VON Coalition, Blockchain Token Association and Zula (app). Pulver has been called a Voice over Internet Protocol pioneer, and has written extensively on VoIP telephony, and the need to develop an alternative to government regulation of its applications layer.
The results of Jeff Pulver’s dedication to the future of communication technology, together with his focused efforts in communicating with global regulatory agencies, has resulted in Jeff being the person who literally helped change the way the world communicates. Many people living on the Internet these days take for granted the ability to engage in one-on-one or one to many, voice and/or video chats, for free. This feature of the Internet era was forseen years ago, but only came into being after the passing of what is known as the Pulver Order.

Eric Hernaez began his career in telecom in 1996 as corporate counsel for Sequel Communications, a New Jersey company that was the first commercial Internet Service Provider in the Philippines. In 1997, he became Sequel’s COO and orchestrated the company’s launch of the first trans-Pacific SS7-enabled VoIP network in the world. From 1999 through 2011, Eric was founder and CEO of telic.net (later renamed Solegy and Netmobo), which was as an early iteration of his vision for SkySwitch. From 2011 through 2013, Eric served as VP of Marketing for Netsapiens, the softswitch vendor that SkySwitch now uses as part of its service offering. Eric is a graduate of Temple University (BBA Marketing 1990, JD 1993).

Jayson Jones is responsible for driving North American sales for SkySwitch, and focuses on growing the company’s channel and client bases. Jones brings to the position a successful track record of more than 25 years that includes high-profile leadership positions and recognized sales achievements in the high-tech, telecom and digital printing industries. A frequent speaker and trainer, Jones specializes in forming strategic alliances and programs that add value to the customer relationship. Prior to joining SkySwitch, Jones most recently oversaw global sales for Ironton Global Corporation, where he managed the concept, development, launch and ongoing sales of their international calling application. During his tenure at IGC, he nurtured key relationships and engendered strategic partnerships that led to significant revenue growth. Jones has co-founded five technology/telecom startups in his career and is recognized by his peers as a man of integrity, passion and faith. Jones attended the University of Nevada with a focus in communications. He currently resides in San Diego, CA with his wife and four children.
VP of Support, SkySwitch
Corey brings nine years in Voice over IP Technical Experience as well as IT Management experience to the SkySwitch Team. Corey's focus is running and optimizing the Support department to the best of its ability. He believes that Support must be attacked from every angle, not only solving tickets and resolving issues but identifying ticket trends, continual employee development, training, documentation, and customer education. Corey has grown SkySwitch's Support team from five Support Employees in September of 2016 to seventeen as of November 2018. He has built and continually develops a training program allowing new support personnel to complete training by reading and watching videos. Corey currently resides in Peoria, Arizona with his wife and two children.
VP of Customer Success, SkySwitch
William Brister, a USAF veteran, brings 35 years experience in telecom to the organization. Within 2 years of joining the Air Force William was teaching telecommunications and after leaving the Air Force held various Telecommunications Sales and Sales Engineering positions with leading companies and leans on that training and experience as he leads the Reseller Onboarding and Billing Services Department as VP of Customer Success. His team's primary focus of nurturing new SkySwitch Resellers to success has played a key role in seeing the company grow monthly revenue by more than 2800% since joining SkySwitch in 2015. William, believes in personal one on one time to train and engage the entrepreneurial minded Resellers through the Onboarding Process but also understands to scale the department needed to build online training into the mix. William resides in Allen TX, a suburb of Dallas, with his wife of 36 years, his two married children and 2 grand children.

Harlan Hamlin currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development for SkySwitch. Hamlin brings more than 25 years of successes, driving profitability and productivity in the telecommunications, satellite, wireless and technology industries.
Hamlin joined SkySwitch after serving as Vice President of Business Development and General Manager of Datacenter operations for JMF Solutions. Previously he was President and Founder of Syncpoint Technology Group where he began his relationship with SkySwitch as a SkySwitch Reseller.
With an extensive career in aviation, wireless and satellite communications, Hamlin has worked for AT&T, in their Wireless Data Division, serving as the National Public Safety Manager, before joining Verizon Wireless. There he served as the Associate Director of Telematics. He went on to lead Satellink Technologies as Vice President and General Manager, where he focused on aviation-related communications developing, testing, and marketing global satellite direct broadcast information service, offering real-time weather and safety, and operational data to in-flight aircraft as well as mobile users.
A licensed multi-engine, instrument-rated pilot, Hamlin has more than 6,000 hours in the sky. A father of two grown children, Hamlin resides in Peachtree City, GA with his wife Janine of 28 years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Trinity College and University in Dover, DE.

Andy Abramson leads SkySwitch's Marketing as our Chief Marketing Officer. He is also the founder of Comunicano, a leading value creation communications agency and co-founder of Brand Communication Design. Over the past 16 years 47 Comunicano clients have either been acquired or gone public, generating over $5 billion dollars for founders, employees and investors. An avid wine collector and accidental winemaker, Andy also writes VoIPWatch, the telecom industry's highest rated and most respected blog.
In his spare time he serves as the U.S.A. Ambassador for the Grenache Association, and is a recognized "Man of Honor" serving on the board of directors of More Too Life, the leading anti-human trafficking organization, helping sex and labor trafficking victims grow from survivors to thrivers.

Alec Fenichel is a Senior Software Architect at TransNexus in Atlanta, Georgia. He joined TransNexus in 2015 and now leads the development of ClearIP, a cloud platform for STIR/SHAKEN, robocall prevention, toll fraud prevention, and least cost routing. His focus is on designing distributed microservice architectures for real-time call processing. He is a frequent technical speaker on STIR/SHAKEN topics. Paul helped companies raise over $2 billion of debt and equity capital and advised clients in mergers and acquisitions transactions totaling over $1 billion. Paul was previously an investment banker with Wachovia Securities and a founder of Hunter Capital’s Atlanta office where he was responsible for the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions business.
